All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after successful payment or written confirmation from The Quila Udaipur.

A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.

Check-in and check-out timings must be strictly followed unless prior approval is granted by the management. Early check-in or late check-out may be chargeable.

Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm reservations. All applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged as per government regulations.

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the booking plan selected. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe as per company policy.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, furniture, décor, or amenities during their stay. Repair or replacement charges may apply.

The property reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in case of inappropriate behavior, violation of policies, or misuse of property.

Outside vendors, décor teams, event planners, or service providers for private events must be pre-approved by management.

Loud music, illegal activities, or disturbance to neighbors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
